Sea Salt
Sea salt is great to use as a scrub to exfoliate and detoxify any part of your body. To make a sea salt scrub, take equal parts sea salt or Epsom salts mix with olive oil or coconut oil and rub into any rough areas of skin you have and a bonus is adding “> Epsom salts to your bath to soak, detoxify, and relax your whole body.
Greek Yogurt Peel
Greek yogurt is an amazing natural , AHA peel to dissolve dead skin and tighten pores. The lactic acid is natural and is a great alternative to stronger peels. Take 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt mixed with 1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil then apply to your skin. Leave this on for about 10 minutes then rinse with warm water. You can do this once or twice per week.

“>Honey has amazing antibacterial properties. Adding in extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil is super moisturizing. How about those “> tea bags you haven’t used in a while? Take the tea leaves and soak in them in a warm bath. This will help to relax the body and helps to clear pores and detoxify the skin.
